ewww! Just did a list full of colonoscopies and the smell..... .

Gawd. That is awful. Colonics sound awful. Cleansing, I am sure, but awful just the same. I would have to be beyond constipated to ever consider it!

I seem to remember a huge discussion of colonics on Dooce comments. I remember reading one of the "Health begins in the colon" ads then, and finding this plum of a phrase:
"Using an enema to clean your colon is like washing a car with a cup of water."
Apparently, there is no substitute for a good, strong colon supersoaker.
OK, now I'm just turned on.
