I'm having a good day

Well, I've secretly been working on a new web site for a few months now and I just launched it a couple of days ago.
I hired the amazingly talented Jon Armstrong to design the logo and set it up for me. Thanks to Jon, the site looks amazing and professional, and better than I had even imagined.

Check it out.

It's only been a couple of days and already THREE web sites have written about it, including Blogging Baby.

I'm getting a lot of positive feedback.
It's seems the web site is filling a void, as I hoped it would.

I am so honored and so excited.

To top it all off, I got an email from a magazine in Germany who wants to use one of my pictures.
This time I'll actually get credit for my photograph.

The next time I'm complaining, remind me of this day.

Congratulations! That is wonderful...good for you for seeing a void and filling it. That's what it's all about.
Do you know Moxie? She has a great site and an "Ask Moxie" site as well...you should email your site link to her to check out.

Torrie - what an awesome idea!!
This may come in really handy for me this next year if I decide to try to get pregnant. I'm a 'wanna be veggie' myself - have given it a go at times and morally it's the way I want to be, but if I have a baby, I DEF. want to go that route with for and with him/her.
Count me as a regular visitor to your new site (and this one as always of course).

Am happy to hear some good news for you...

Congratulations on both counts. :-)

You go!

WAY TO GO TORRIE! I LOVE the look of your new site! While I am not a vegetarian, I would totally visit your site and even use the recipes and ideas when I decide to have a baby. I think the idea you have crosses into all walks of life.

The site looks good, and I am glad it is filling a void right now. You are so awesome, Torrie!

I am really glad for you. Now I am gonna go check that site out. You rock, girl. :)

Good for you on seeing a void, and filling it. Best of luck with the site, and congratulations on the photo.

How exciting is all of that?! Things are really picking up for you, as they should!

what a GREAT idea - congrats and good luck with it! ;)

That is AWESOME! Ok, I am neither pregnant or a veggie, but I think the void you filled was needed. Congrats!

I'll be visiting that receipe section, that is for sure...yumm!!

Can I get your autograph now before you get all famous and forget the little people? :)

wow, you've really done well.

the site looks amazing.

Torrie, that is awesome. You (and Jon) did a great job on the site!

Way to go, Torrie! We were vegetarians throughout my first pregnancy and through Christopher's first 18 months. Then we moved to Germany and I found it really hard to stick with it. When we moved back to the states we reduced the amount of meat in our diets, and Sophie was fed a vegetarian diet until she was 2 and discovered her One True Love, bacon.

I'm slowly moving us back to being vegetarian, slowly being the operative word: children don't like change!

That's wonderful. I agree something like this has been missing.

I'm a pegnant veggie and look forward to reading the site, and referring all the people who ask if it's safe to it!
