He obviously doesn't know me very well
My father said to me this morning "I want you to watch this movie. I Tivoed it for you."
The movie he wanted me to see?
Me. The Yearling.
Yeah, I don't think so.
We're talking about me, the chick who started HYSTERICALLY sobbing in the middle of a movie theater when I saw the preview for this movie.
(In my own defense, I was pregnant, but I didn't know it yet.)
Does he really think I could watch The Yearling without falling onto the floor into a puddle of my own tears?
My father, apparently, has no idea what an emotional wreck I am.
I think he's the only one.

I never had you pegged as a mooshy type. You're right, though. Mooshy types stay away from The Yearling.
I do recommend The Champ, however. Or this movie called "Old Yeller" ... you'll like Yeller. He'll remind you of Dexter.

Um, yeah, I could not do that movie either. I mean, why not just beat a dog in front of me?

I may or may not know someone who cried at the trailer for Pride & Prejudice. Though hormones were undoubtedly involved, no pregnancy was forthcoming. Deep shame, however, was.

Um...I cried at the P&P trailer as well. It's that damn music and Mr. Darcy striding across the moor! I'm helpless!
Yeah yeah yeah I also cried at the Paul Walker/husky trailer. Just shut up.

I'm super sensitive about anything animal-related. I cried when I saw the preview. And I wasn't preggers.
