I have a lot of the same as you. I really like your "stop saying self-deprecating things in front of my daughter." So important. For that matter, stop saying them in front of you, too! Own that you're wonderful. Willa's going to want to be just like you.

Wants
-To lose 30lbs.
-To eat healthier - Yep. But temptation is so hard to resist!
-To exercise more - This is good, considering I don't exercise at all.
-To stop saying self deprecating things in front of my daughter - My mom reminds me and I'm conscious to never talk about my weight in front of Sophie.
-To take my dog on a walk as often as possible, and not let house stuff get in the way of that
-To have more sex - that would be nice, considering i'm not having ANY
-To get more massages - My neck has been killing me for days.
-To be more organized
-To get rid of a lot of stuff - YES DECLUTTERING - My biggest problem.
-To have $$$ to go on vacation/travel.

I note "to kick Donald Rumsfeld in the nuts" is not on your list, but it so should have been!
My list:
- do more excercise
- cook more good food
- stop playing crappy flash games on the computer
- go sea kayaking more
- go see my Dr about stopping my meds so we can start trying for a sibling for P
- study
- get my etsy store up and running
- meditate
- tidy the house
- organise my sewing cupboard
- kick my handbag habit
- stop squeezing pimples (who would have thought you could still get acne once you were over 35)
- finish painting the house
- get new flooring for the laundry
- do more in the garden
- start playing the cello again
- join a choir

And I'm VERY happy that
you've decided to keep the
blog rolling.
I always had to work when my kids were growing up
(and am still working), and
on my annual list was
spending more time with them. I'm glad you don't
have to put that on yours!
